Join the RefrigiWear Team!
RefrigiWear, a global leader in protective apparel and equipment designed for extreme environments, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Outdoor Industrial team and accelerate revenue growth across the Western United States. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in solution-based selling within construction, utilities, energy, infrastructure, municipalities, and other outdoor work environments where employees face extreme cold conditions.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing end-user accounts, supporting distributor partners, and working alongside Regional Sales Representatives to accelerate revenue growth across North America. This is an exciting opportunity to capture market share in a high-growth territory with tremendous expansion potential.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Account Development
  • Own and grow assigned accounts across targeted B2B Outdoor markets.
  • Develop existing customers while identifying new opportunities.
  • Re-engage dormant customers through structured outreach.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Pipeline Generation & Outbound Sales
  • Qualify and pursue inbound marketing leads.
  • Execute disciplined outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Build relationships with end users, safety managers, procurement professionals, and distributors.
  • Conduct virtual product presentations and maintain structured follow-up.
Distributor & Field Sales Support
  • Coordinate joint selling efforts with Regional Sales Representatives.
  • Support distributor pull-through initiatives and product training.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between inside and outside sales resources.
Commercial Execution
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, forecasting, activity logging, and account planning.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with Customer Service and Operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead follow-up.
Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured through:
  • Qualified pipeline generation and opportunity progression
  • Lead response speed and conversion
  • CRM compliance and data quality
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Revenue growth and existing account expansion
  • Distributor engagement
  • Activity quality and follow-up discipline

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and consultative selling skills.
  • CRM proficiency and forecasting discipline.
  • Preferred: PPE, industrial distribution, workwear, or safety market experience.

Why Join Us?
  • Build and grow a high-potential territory with significant untapped market opportunity and the autonomy to make it your own.
  • Represent an industry-leading brand trusted by industrial workers for more than 70 years in some of the world's toughest environments.
  • Sell premium products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable value for distributors and end users.
  • Join a fast-growing commercial organization that values accountability, initiative, and disciplined execution over micromanagement.
  • Earn a competitive compensation package with base salary, uncapped performance-based commission, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Collaborate with an experienced leadership team committed to investing in your success and providing the tools and support needed to grow your career.
