JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative-Remote works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls. This position provides sales, customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients’ products and/or services.
About the Role:
Do you love talking to people, closing deals, and making money from the comfort of your own home? We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Agents to join our remote team. You’ll be working with inbound and outbound calls to connect with new potential customers and donors who have already inquired and shown interest in our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores
  • Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.).
  • Experience working in a remote sales environment.
  • Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise.
  • A reliable wired internet connection is requiredWi-Fi is not acceptable. The system must be connected via Ethernet directly to the ISP’s router and to the workstation. Minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps for both upload and download are mandatory
