Telemarketer / Fundraiser
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join their growing brokerage team. This individual will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing brokerage services, and scheduling appointments for licensed brokers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven background in telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
Introduce the company's brokerage services in a professional and engaging manner.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or follow-up calls for brokers.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and customer interactions.
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
Follow scripts while adapting conversations naturally to each prospect.
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
