Master Electronics is looking for an Outbound Supervisor to lead our Packaging & Shipping team in Phoenix, Arizona!

As an Outbound Supervisor, you'll overseeing the day-to-day flow of outbound operations while ensuring orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. You'll coach and develop team members, adapt to changing priorities, and help foster a positive, high-performing work environment. This is an opportunity to influence the future of our operations and help revolutionize our outbound processes.


Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000/Annually


What you will do?
  • Oversee work activities for team associates on a daily basis
  • Review work procedures, work schedules, equipment assignments, and personnel to ensure efficient workflow to complete work assignments
  • Direct orders to the appropriate work areas and assigning personnel to departments that require additional capacity
  • Investigate and provide solutions to problems regarding external and internal customer concerns
  • Compiles and maintains applicable associate metrics as required
  • Trains, develops and performance-monitors activities with associates
  • Ensures all associates are in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develops and maintains a good working relationship with all departments
  • Follows closing procedures


What you bring to the table!
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a distribution center preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, navigate change, and foster a positive, high-performing work environment
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating employees while driving accountability and results
  • Strong understanding of distribution center operations, including picking, quality control, shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and space utilization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems (WMS), RF technology, and other distribution center software
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Previous forklift or powered industrial equipment experience preferred
