Overview

Responsible for leadership and management in a warehouse with high volume, scope, and complexity.  This role will provide overall direction and coordination of all warehouse activities. 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all Inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately  
  • Ensure all team associates understand and operate within the organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies and procedures
  • Coach, train, direct, and counsel Operational associates on overall performance
  • Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements
  • Ensure safety compliance of all team member
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/preferred
  • 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Physical Demands
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
  • Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations  
  • Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
  • Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peakseason schedules may be required
