Responsibilities- Prospect and engage new clients through phone, text, email, and community outreach
- Build rapport with prospects and identify their insurance needs
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow agency sales processes and compliance guidelines
- Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within agency systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency growth goals
