Job description

As an Outbound Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. You will operate with a safety-first mindset to pull orders, audit parts, and place the invoice and parts in the location they will be delivered to.  

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $19-21 per hour based on experience.

Hours:

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

Outbound Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Include: 

  • Pick, stage, and load orders for delivery using RF units or pick tickets.
  • Verify orders, invoices, and delivery details for accuracy.
  • Label and prepare e-commerce, LPO, and DIO orders for dealer delivery.
  • Support outbound product flow through efficient stocking and restocking.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and assist with quality control.
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of the team. 
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision. 

Outbound Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  
  • Consistent work history and attendance record.  
  • Reliable transportation. 
  • Forklift, parts picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred.
  • Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements. 

Outbound Warehouse Associate Working Conditions and Physical Demands include: 

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.  
  • Must be okay with walking and standing for extended periods. Â
