Job Title: Outbound Coordinator (Cold Storage Environment)

Location: ColdTrack Facility
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (schedule may extend based on late pickups)
Pay Rate: $20/hour


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Outbound Coordinator to oversee and manage outgoing shipments in a fast-paced cold storage environment. This role is responsible for coordinating pickups, communicating with drivers and the logistics team, and ensuring all outbound loads are accurate and on schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate departures
  • Communicate with drivers and the Logistics Department regarding pickup schedules and delays
  • Load and stage outbound freight using a forklift while following safety procedures
  • Verify shipment details, including product counts, documentation, and load accuracy
  • Prepare shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and manifests
  • Monitor pickup schedules and adjust workflow as needed when delays occur
  • Maintain organization of outbound dock areas and staging lanes
  • Follow all safety, OSHA, and food-grade handling guidelines
  • Work in cold storage conditions while using proper PPE

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and understand English for clear communication with drivers and internal teams
  • Forklift experience required
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics coordination experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours when pickups run late
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
