Job description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new business pipeline through proactive outbound outreach and engagement with prospective customers. This role focuses on generating meetings and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for New Logo Sales personnel by executing a high-volume, metrics-driven contact strategy.
The BDR serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and is accountable for identifying potential customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings with the New Logo Sales team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • OUTBOUND PROSPECTING & PIPELINE GENERATION
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement).
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly touch targets.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts.

  1. MEETING GENERATION & QUALIFICATION
  • Schedule qualified meetings for New Logo Sales personnel.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations.
  • Ensure qualification before handoff.
