Our Business Development Managers help small businesses focus on what matters, growing their business, leaving the time-consuming tasks of managing payroll and HR to us. As a BDM, you will enjoy a great mix of both inbound and outbound business opportunities from local businesses to businesses all over the country buying our services through some of Execupay's many great partners like Sam's Club, BBVA Compass, hCentive and BambooHR.

As an Execupay Superstar Business Development Manager, you would:
  • Market and sell our suite of products and services by prospecting and acquiring new clients
  • Schedule appointments utilizing multiple communication channels (phone, email, marketing campaigns)
  • Field in-bound sales calls, walking clients through the sales process remotely over the phone
  • Represent Execupay, as well many of our partner brands in a professional and positive way
  • Develop relationships with partners and referral sources
As an Execupay Superstar Business Development Manager, you need:
  • 4-year college degree
  • 2 or more years of outside sales experience
  • 1 or more years inside sales experience
  • Industry experience beneficial
  • Great communication skills
