About the job

We are seeking a motivated and innovative intern to join our team as a Channel Development Intern.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Channel Management, Development, Marketing teams, and Data Analysts. Your primary focus will be using search engines, AI tools, and programming techniques to identify potential channel candidates and assess the capabilities of existing channels. You will build a consistent pipeline of qualified individuals and opportunities for existing partners. Your contributions will directly impact our multi-channel strategy, enhancing our ability to effectively reach and engage our partners. This is an on-site opportunity at one of our office locations in Houston (TX), Greenwood (IN) or Richmond (VA).

  • Channel Identification:Utilize search engine techniques and AI algorithms to identify relevant channel development opportunities.
  • Channel Assessment:Conduct thorough assessments of channel, evaluating their capabilities, audience reach, and alignment with Alfa Laval goals.
  • Database Building:Organize and maintain data related to channel, ensuring accuracy and accessibility using Alfa Laval tools.
  • Assessment Interviews:Interview channel partners, assessing their suitability for collaboration.
  • Pipeline Development:Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, aligning with our multi-channel strategy.

What you know:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and search engine techniques.
