Description

Sargent & Lundy is transitioning from its current ERP and is seeking a contract Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support this enterprise-wide initiative. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Organizational Change and cross-functional leaders to design and execute change strategies that prepare employees, minimize disruption, and drive adoption of the new ERP tool.

This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, with an estimated duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a change management plan that includes stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training approaches, and readiness monitoring.
  • Ensure change activities are aligned with strategic objectives, project scope, and implementation timelines.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to refine change strategies and address barriers to adoption.
  • Identify potential change-related risks, design mitigation strategies, and coordinate the associated activities.
  • Support project teams and stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technology.
  • Integrate industry best practices and tools in organizational change management, adapting them to Sargent & Lundy's culture and context.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Change, Learning Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex organizational change initiatives, preferably involving ERP or HCM implementations.
  • Strong communicator with excellent listening, writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to apply and communicate them in practical terms.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Prosci or CCMP certification.
  • Experience with ERP transitions.
  • Basic AI assistant or prompt engineering experience.
