Job description

Organizational Change Management(OCM)Introduction:

This position will play a crucial role in driving global organizational change management initiatives for the US region. The ideal candidate should have a consulting background, preferably with experience in the Manufacturing Industry. They will work closely with the extended OCM team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new ways of working.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the extended OCM Team
  • Drive Global OCM Plan + Delivery for US region
  • Report to OCM value stream lead on project updates/milestones and delivery
  • Leverage change management methodologies and tools to execute strategic plans
  • Design and deliver effective change management strategy and plans
  • Work with senior leadership to create alignment and support program success
  • Identify and deploy communication and stakeholder engagement tools
  • Design and deliver material utilizing various channels of communications
  • Build repository of OCM artefacts and deliverables for the assigned project
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Consulting background, preferably with experience in Big4 or Big IT Consulting Firms
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferable
  • Ability to interact with C-Level Executives

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of PROSCI methodology
  • Previous experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
