Baer is looking for Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Warner Robins, GA.

Overview


We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME to support change initiatives related to the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) system within a Defense-focused aircraft maintenance environment. This role focuses on providing direct, hands-on support to end users and guiding teams through changes associated with MRO processes and systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to identify key influencers, promote adoption of new processes, and ensure alignment and engagement throughout the change lifecycle. Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills will be essential to drive successful outcomes.



Description:


  • Provide direct support to end-users in the field using the MRO system
  • Support and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Identify key stakeholders and influencers to drive change
  • Develop and deliver clear, effective communication materials
  • Conduct employee engagement activities to encourage adoption of new systems/processes
  • Identify risks and resistance to change, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, or focus groups as needed


Requirements:


  • Experience working with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) systems
  • Industry or functional experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Experience with Impresa software
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)
  • Experience supporting defense or aerospace clients
  • Background in facilitating training, workshops, or focus groups
  • Bachelor's degree
