Job Title: Order / Data / Billing Specialist (Full-Time, In-House – Hospitality Industry)

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order / Data / Billing Specialist to join our in-house hospitality team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations by managing orders, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Review, verify, and process invoices and billing information

  • Maintain organized records using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and guests

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly filed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
