Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our Oracle Systems Integrator business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the enterprise software market, specifically Oracle solutions, and have a proven track record of building comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. As the Marketing Director, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and managing a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives.
    • Lead branding, positioning, and messaging efforts to establish the company as a leader in Oracle Systems Integration.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition.

  • Brand Development & Thought Leadership:
    • Develop a compelling brand narrative and position the company as an industry thought leader in Oracle implementation services.
    • Manage the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and webinars, building relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, accountability, and high performance.
    • Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign outcomes.
    • Establish KPIs and regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, Oracle’s evolving product offerings, and competitor strategies.

  • Key Qualifications:
