Job description

This role will support the Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications.

To be successful in this position, the candidate should have demonstrated experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements and additional Change Requests through JIRA ticketing system.
  • Lead recurring cross-functional training events on ERP processes, updates and newly implemented platform changes.
  • Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage backlog of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
  • Support Confluence Knowledge Base through creation and improvement of business system documents, processes diagrams and workflows flows and formal operating procedures written clearly and thoroughly, in addition to training others on the process.
  • Independently manage numerous concurrent initiatives, working collaboratively with external support vendor to develop, test and deploy system configuration and process improvements, while supporting administrative day-to-day tickets.
  • Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades and documents for the Change Advisory Board.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effectively, and scalable

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum five years of experience working with Oracle Cloud or EBS Suite.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
  • SQL, DBMS, and PowerBI reporting knowledge is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional technical documentation skills and knowledge of impactful presentation
  • Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical/problem solving ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
