Job description

As a Delivery Lead - Oracle Recruiting Cloud here at Honeywell, you will spearhead the successful delivery and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. You will drive project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that enhance recruiting processes and technology adoption. 

You will report directly to our Sr. IT Manager, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. 

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F 

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Honeywell's talent acquisition capabilities by leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud projects that streamline recruitment workflows, improve user experience, and support strategic hiring goals across the organization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations or similar cloud-based recruiting solutions with a strongtrack recordof successful delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, configuration, and integration capabilities to effectively guide project execution and solution design.
  • Strong project management skills including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination to ensuretimelyand quality delivery.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR technology platforms and understanding of recruiting business processes and compliance requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar recruiting technology projects.
  • Experience working in a corporate or multi-business unit environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools.
