Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution and maintaining project health.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Honeywellโ€™s governance standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations or similar cloud-based recruiting solutions with a strong track record of successful delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, configuration, and integration capabilities to effectively guide project execution and solution design.
  • Strong project management skills including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR technology platforms and understanding of recruiting business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
