Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for our Financial Systems business support team to help us harness the power of systems, processes, and technology to enable the Financial Operations team to efficiently scale with the growth of the company.

Based in our Chicago office and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Financial Systems and Support Services, this is a key role in our finance transformation efforts and will support the development of Oracle Fusion ERP. This role will partner with the Financial Operations team, which consists of Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Business Transformation, along with IT, Engineering, Supply Chain other cross-functional teams, and with external implementation and support teams, to design system configuration and functionality. Responsibilities include the requirements gathering and configuration of the Oracle ERP and EPM applications.

Responsibilities

Lead and support project management, development activities and initiatives that support the ongoing global rollout of Oracle Cloud ERP outside of North America along with supporting systems and business processes including - Oracle Project Management, Oracle Procurement, and Oracle Supply Chain Management

Identifying, writing, and validating business requirements with end-users

Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud modules including procurement, financials, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, consolidation ledgers, and cash management.

Responding to day-to-day tickets of functional users.

Building and monitoring Oracle Reports to support daily operations of global financial systems.

Support the building of Financial Management Reports and Dashboards utilizing - Oracle Analytics, SmartView, FDI, OTBI, SQL and Power BI

Responsible for system configurations, application, and integration settings across the ERP suite

Documenting and validating business requirements with end-users and model solutions for complex business problems to be solved with automated systems to meet business and user requirements

Collaborate with multiple cross-functional areas internally and externally for the design and implementation of system-based solutions

Support user training and change management

Support the further deployment of robotic process automations (RPA) technology

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.

Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong coordination / organization skills with attentiveness to timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to manage staff and work effectively in a team environment, driven to make continuous improvements and to drive efficiency with business processes1+ years working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP preferred or similar experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, Net Suite or similar ERP. Oracle applications this role will support include - General Ledger, Projects, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting, treasury, and financial planning and analysis is a plus.
Working Knowledge of OneStream Performance Management system or similar system
Ideally one full implementation with Oracle Cloud ERP including, Financials, as a Functional or Project Lead
1+ years of relevant experience with an organization experiencing rapid growth and change

Base Pay

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
