We are currently seeking a Oracle ERP Cloud Solution Architect - Remote to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Solution Architect to lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role combines hands-on solution delivery, client advisory services, and strategic pre-sales support to drive successful Oracle Cloud ERP engagements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, strong solution architecture capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Solution Delivery

  • Lead the design, architecture, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through deployment and post-production support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle ERP Cloud solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Configure and support Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS), and related applications.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Oracle best practices, industry standards, and organizational governance requirements.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project execution.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track project deliverables and maintain quality assurance standards across all phases of implementation.
  • Lead workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews with business and technical stakeholders.

Technical Architecture & Integration

  • Design Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that support business processes across finance, procurement, and related enterprise functions.
  • Lead data migration, conversion, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
  • Provide guidance on reporting, analytics, data architecture, and system performance optimization.
  • Document system configurations, customizations, integrations, and operational procedures.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Support Oracle Cloud sales pursuits by providing solution architecture expertise and strategic guidance.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation estimates, solution proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Present Oracle Cloud transformation strategies to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct legacy-to-cloud assessments and roadmap planning initiatives.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor consultants, project leads, and technical resources throughout project engagements.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud best practices, implementation methodologies, and solution design.
  • Support resource development and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Oracle practice.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on delivery excellence and client success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience leading ERP implementation and transformation projects involving Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience, including client advisory services, RFP responses, proposal development, and SOW creation.
  • 15+ years of hands-on ERP delivery management experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) responsibility.
  • Extensive experience planning and executing ERP modernization, cloud migration, automation, upgrade, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-scale implementation programs with aggressive delivery schedules.
  • Experience managing Application Management Services (AMS) engagements and ongoing support organizations.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud applications, particularly Financials and Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, configuration frameworks, security, reporting, and integration methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle reporting and analytics tools, including Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, and related reporting technologies.
  • Familiarity with PL/SQL, data conversion, and integration technologies.
  • Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with executive leadership, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed, offshore, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience serving as Lead Solution Architect for large-scale, global Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Expertise supporting multi-currency, multi-organization, and international deployments.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience managing direct reports and large consulting teams.
  • Experience building, leading, or scaling an Oracle Cloud consulting practice.
  • Knowledge spanning multiple Oracle Cloud pillars, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, Payroll, and Campus Solutions.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
