Summary
Seeking an Oracle Procurement Cloud (Direct Procurement) support professional to provide post-production (Operate) L2/L3 functional support-stabilizing requisition-to-PO and direct-material buying flows, resolving production issues, and improving runbooks/monitoring in line with the Operate JD pattern in the attached file.
Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Procurement Cloud (incident triage, defect resolution, RCA, recurrence prevention).
• Support direct procurement operations: requisitions, POs, agreements/blankets, sourcing-to-purchasing handoffs, and receiving transactions.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end STP issues across Procurement, Receiving, Payables, and Supplier/Portal interactions.
• Support approvals, controls, and role-based security impacting buying and PO processing.
• Monitor/support integrations and data loads (FBDI/APIs/OIC or middleware): job monitoring, error resolution, reprocessing.
• Maintain runbooks/SOPs/knowledge articles; support controlled production changes and Oracle quarterly update testing/validation.
Requirements
• 5+ years Oracle Procurement Cloud experience with hands-on production support.
• Strong understanding of STP and requisition-to-purchase lifecycle; solid stakeholder communication/documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and transaction flows across procurement and payables.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Direct materials procurement experience (manufacturing/supply chain context), supplier onboarding/master-data synchronization.
• ITIL + ServiceNow/Jira; OTBI/BI Publisher validation exposure.

• Reduced procurement disruptions via faster triage/RCA and improved integration monitoring; documented runbooks for core direct procurement scenarios.
