Job description

Title: Oracle Fusion Procurement Architect
Location: Multiple Locations (Boston, MA or Austin, TX or San Fransico, CA)
Summary
Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement expert to own supplier and procurement architecture. This person designs and maintains the configuration everyone else works inside, and diagnoses integration failures between Oracle and upstream procurement tools.
Responsibilities
  • Own the complete configuration of multi-layered Supplier Profiles, Procurement BU assignments, and Client BU access within Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert for navigating Oracle Fusion's Procurement and Supplier modules; troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data mismatches
  • Diagnose and resolve data sync failures between upstream procurement engines (Zip, Coupa) and downstream Oracle Fusion
  • Ensure vendor and banking data architecture aligns with company legal entities and compliance frameworks, including data masking protocols and unmasking parameters per design
  • Assist with data migration, deduplication, and mass updates of supplier records via FBDI (File-Based Data Import) or ADFDI templates as needed
  • Partner with IT, AP, and Compliance on controls, workflow design, and system improvements
Qualifications: Core
  • 7 to 12 years in Oracle procurement or financial systems, with 3+ years hands-on Fusion Cloud Procurement configuration.
  • Hands-on ownership of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement configuration: Supplier Profiles, Procurement BU assignments, Client BU access
  • Experience diagnosing upstream/downstream sync failures between procurement engines (Zip, Coupa, or similar) and Oracle Fusion
  • Deep Fusion Procurement and Supplier module navigation and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of compliance-driven data controls (masking/unmasking, legal entity alignment
  • FBDI or ADFDI data migration, deduplication, and mass update experience
