Job description

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • 5+ years of development experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS R12
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with hands-on experience building complex queries, packages, and procedures
  • Proficiency with Oracle development tools: BI Publisher, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflows, Web ADI, SQL Loader, and UNIX Shell scripting
  • Experience developing Data Models, Reports, and Dashboards in Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), or WebMethods
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, or Python is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Financial/Accounting process areas (AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing)
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and design scalable technical solutions
  • Experience working in Agile or scaled development methodologies
  • Self-directed and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across functional and technical teams
  • Actively explores AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and delivery quality

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $75,200 to $94,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide production support for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, resolving incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs
  • Perform root-cause analysis on production issues and drive permanent fixes to prevent recurrence
  • Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects supporting Financial/Accounting processes
  • Analyze complex business processes and implement technical solutions aligned with Oracle ERP modules and requirements
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into performant technical solutions
  • Develop Data Models, Reports, and Dashboards in Oracle ERP Cloud using BI Publisher and related tools
  • Execute unit, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing throughout the full development lifecycle
  • Create and maintain technical design documents, SOPs, and support documentation for all solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards across all technical deliverables
  • Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and R12 patching, including impact assessment, regression testing, and business sign-off coordination
  • Work with integration platforms (Oracle SOA Suite, ODI, WebMethods) to support cross-system data flows
  • Take full ownership of deliverables with a focus on exceeding stakeholder expectations and continuously expanding technical and functional skills
