Job Duties: Design, develop, and deploy integrated solutions to enhance and consolidate enterprise-wide applications. Create and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS, Xactly Connect, and Orthofix EDW. Support custom interface work, including Concur Interface integration with Oracle EBS General Ledger. Develop efficient methods for component reuse and system optimization. Execute program design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation. Prepare Oracle Functional and Technical Design documents. Assist in component and data architecture design. Evaluate software and production systems for buy/build recommendations. Analyze existing applications, legacy systems, databases, and web/mobile interfaces. Apply process and data modeling methodologies. Configure and maintain commission calculation plans in Xactly Connect. Provide Xactly Incent/Connect administration, including roles, privileges, and access. Experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module configuration and maintenance. Support Commissions Incentive Compensation using Xactly tools. Develop custom reports leveraging Oracle subledger relationships. Conduct and support CRP and UAT processes. Perform technical delivery on RICE components. Troubleshoot software programs and applications. Work with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Coordinate with IT team members to ensure aligned decision-making. Coordinate Project and Support work with offshore consultants. Support project scheduling and deliverable coordination. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of technical experience with Oracle eBusiness applications, including Oracle Order Management, Inventory and WMS, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management; Incentive Compensation tools, including Compensation Plans, Integration to Data Warehouse and ERP systems, Administrative maintenance of User Roles, and Privileges; working with Development tools, including PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Workflow; and working with RICE elements, including Custom Reports, Custom Payment configurations, and Migrating legacy RICE elements.
