The Oracle Fusion Solution Architect provides solution design, configuration guidance, and implementation support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, and Retail business functions. This role works closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and implementation partners to analyze requirements, support solution design activities, and help deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide solution design, configuration guidance, and ongoing application support for Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives.
  • Analyze business requirements and participate in solution design activities across Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to gather and document requirements for enhancements and projects.
  • Support architecture and design discussions to ensure solutions align with business and technology standards.
  • Assist with integration design activities involving Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and related enterprise applications.
  • Support data conversion, data quality, and master data management activities during implementations and enhancements.
  • Review functional and technical design documentation and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Participate in testing, deployment planning, and production support activities.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners, vendors, and offshore teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Participate in change management, release management, and governance processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and business users.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field required
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 8+ years
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES (Preferred): Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification, Oracle Integration Cloud Certification
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP applications.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Order Management, or related applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
  • Understanding of business processes and cross-functional dependencies across ERP and supply chain domains.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore support and project teams.
  • Knowledge of data migration, data governance, and master data management concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
