Oracle Fusion Business AnalystOverview
We are seeking two experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analysts to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation and testing program. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and program leadership to execute Functional Testing, Parallel Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business units. This is a highly visible opportunity for professionals who excel in Oracle Fusion testing, business process validation, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and execute test scripts for Functional, Parallel, and UAT testing activities
  • Validate supplier, invoice, and commission payable data within Oracle Fusion
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and Oracle Fusion
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned business units during testing cycles
  • Facilitate testing sessions, walkthroughs, and end-user support activities
  • Communicate testing status, risks, issues, and readiness updates to stakeholders
  • Support test planning, reporting, onboarding, and continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, including Incentive Compensation and/or Commission Payables
  • Experience executing Functional Testing, Parallel Testing, and/or UAT
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payables and supplier/invoice processes
  • Experience creating and executing functional test scripts
  • Proficiency with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data validation and analysis
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within financial services, insurance, distribution, or commission-based business environments
  • Experience supporting testing across multiple business units or legal entities
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data templates and file-based integrations
  • Experience with data reconciliation during ERP migration or transformation projects
  • Oracle Fusion certification or formal Oracle training
  • Background supporting Finance, Operations, or Shared Services programs
