Job description

We are seeking skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Developers for developing, customizing Oracle Fusion applications using tools like BIP, OTBI, VBCS, SQL, PL/SQL for reports, data loading (FBDI), and extensions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on these tools in Oracle Fusion ERP cloud environment and cloud-native development practices. Candidate requires collaboration with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, creating documentation, testing, and resolving issues Candidate's primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. Candidate needs to conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. Candidate should be good in Oracle Fusion Cloud, also expected to Interact with customer to gather requirements and business SME to understand and analyze various processes, derive automation opportunities and make recommendations for cloud transformation

Required Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.  [Alternatively you can say “Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.”]
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Only U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, with at least 2 years in Oracle ERP / SCM Cloud programs.
  • Strong knowledge of BIP, OTBI, VBCS / VBS, SQL, PL/SQL, Personalization in Redwood UI, Oracle SaaS APIs, and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with JavaScript, XSLT, XML, JSON, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder, Process Automation, and ATP/ADW is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for extensions, data conversion and deployment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.
  • Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience. 
  • Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices
