Oracle Engineer (ORC - Talent & Learning, OIC and HCM)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Oracle Engineer - ORC Fusion with Talent & Learning Modules, HCM HR and OIC.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning
• Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration
• Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM
• Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application
• Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
• Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
• Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
• Experience on Oracle Journeys
• Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
• Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
• Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System
• Nice to Have
• Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
• Experience on Documentum
• Knowledge of Skill Nexus , GEN AI in Oracle .
• Knowledge on LLM's
• Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage
• Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantage
• Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantage
Salary Range- $110,000-$120,000 a year
