Job Title: Senior Oracle Developer

Job Summary: We seek an experienced Senior Oracle Developer to design, develop, and optimize Oracle databases, PL/SQL objects, and Oracle Forms applications. The ideal candidate will have full-stack development experience, expertise in database performance tuning, and knowledge of reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL objects and Oracle Forms applications.
  • Optimize database performance and write complex queries.
  • Perform full-stack development and application reporting (PHP, Classic ASP 3.0).
  • Utilize Git, Jenkins, and database query tools (TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL Navigator).
  • Ensure database security and follow best practices in relational database design.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and create technical documentation.
  • Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
Required KSAs:

  • 7+ years of Oracle database experience with PL/SQL.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Forms development.
  • 3+ years in SQL performance tuning and full-stack development.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and relational database design.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred KSAs:

  • Oracle certification(s).
  • Experience with Agile, XML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, React).
  • Knowledge of environmental regulatory processes and DEP's technical environment.
