Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Reports Developer to join our dynamic team for a hybrid role based out of Alexandria, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) models and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain complex Oracle Reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilize Oracle PPM models to support project management and portfolio analysis.
  • Integrate Oracle Reports with ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Oracle Reports and related tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of reporting solutions.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
