Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional  Consultant to support Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance solutions for a public-sector utility client.

MANDATORY CLIENT EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience with Prince William Service Authority / Prince William County Service Authority / Prince William Water is REQUIRED.

  • Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience.

  • Strong experience with Procurement/P2P, Inventory, and Order Management.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance: AP, GL, Expenses, and Asset Management.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, FBDI, and SQL.

  • Experience gathering requirements and delivering techno-functional solutions.

  • Strong production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and data analysis experience.

  • Experience with SIT/UAT, data migration, testing, and ERP implementations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation/support experience.

  • OTBI, BI Publisher, BPM/Workflow.

  • Oracle Fusion certification.

  • Public-sector or utility industry experience.
