• Ideal is they worked most of their career on the Oracle database side and used Informatica as an extension of their work
• We need developers that know the technology, so they just need to get up to speed on the system and business rules
• Must have great communication skills
• Must show that they are free thinkers and are willing to challenge us if they have better solutions
• Must be able to take away clear objectives when tasked to ensure a solid solution
• Must be able to identify issues and work with the developer leads in creating solutions
• Major plus, have worked within a DevOps environment, which is a SDLC process for development
