Job Summary
Our Client is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst 3 with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials R12 to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise financial applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience developing Oracle Financial solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting critical financial business processes.
This position requires a highly motivated professional with strong Oracle development skills, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Oracle integration technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, functional analysts, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle EBS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules, primarily Oracle EBS R12.
  • Develop customizations, extensions, interfaces, and integrations to support business requirements.
  • Support Oracle Financial modules including:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Custom Financial Applications
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and database objects.
  • Create and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher reports.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
  • Develop and support integrations using Oracle APIs, Web Services, and flat-file interfaces.
  • Coordinate application updates and deployments with Database Administrators.
  • Perform system enhancements, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding standards, change management processes, and IT governance policies.
  • Collaborate with business users, functional analysts, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation for customizations, enhancements, integrations, and support activities.
  • Participate in project planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience supporting and developing Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (R12).
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Financial modules including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
  • Strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
  • Experience developing Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher reports.
  • Experience with Oracle development tools such as TOAD.
  • Experience developing integrations using Oracle APIs, Web Services, and flat-file interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts and SQL optimization.
  • Experience troubleshooting application, integration, and performance issues.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ERP applications in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
