Job description

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. i360 is seeking an Oracle Federal Financials Functional Lead to own the functional configuration and business solution design of the client's Oracle environment, operated as a shared service serving multiple agencies and roughly 19,000 user accounts. This role bridges the client's financial business needs and the system, translating requirements into Oracle Federal Financials configuration, leading functional design and testing, and serving as the functional authority across the modules. This is a designated key personnel position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional configuration and solution design across Oracle Federal Financials modules, ensuring the system supports the client's accounting and business operations.
  • Gather and document functional requirements, then translate them into configurations, reports, and queries that meet client needs.
  • Serve as the functional subject matter authority for posting logic and Subledger Accounting, and guide resolution of complex functional issues escalated from the help desk.
  • Lead functional design and user acceptance testing for system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, and recommend remediation options for client approval.
  • Support period close, journal voucher processing, interface monitoring, and federal reporting from a functional standpoint.
  • Partner with the architect, master data, help desk, and program leads to align functional solutions with the release schedule and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to SOPs, desk guides, and training content for functional processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience, with significant time in Oracle Federal Financials functional roles.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring Oracle financial modules and leading requirements gathering and testing.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into system solutions and to guide other analysts.
Nice to Have:
  • Oracle Federal Financials experience in a federal shared service environment.
  • Familiarity with federal financial management standards, Treasury reporting (GTAS, DATA Act), and ServiceNow-managed change control.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrades and federal audit support.

  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation and obtain client site access.
