As a senior or lead data analyst on the Commercial Lines Acquisition Analytics team, you'll combine analytics, predictive modeling, and data engineering to improve media performance and business outcomes. Through predictive modeling, you'll drive acquisition performance and identify opportunities for campaign optimizations. You'll partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve measurement and compile data-driven stories to inform customer acquisition strategy and help shape how Commercial Lines measures and optimizes customer growth.
Remote work allowed with travel required 3-4 times per year
Minimum qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with experience working with large, complex, structured and unstructured datasets, with a strong foundation in statistical methods and model evaluation.
  • Advanced experience with SQL and SAS, R, or Python.
  • Proven ability to leverage disparate data points, model results, and analysis compiled by peers to deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis aimed at advancing the organization's strategic direction.
  • Intermediate proficiency in A/B testing, with a proven ability to use quantitative analysis and critical reasoning to drive strategic decisions and business results.

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $131,200/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
