Opportunity Interactive has an opening for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Recruit4Business division! We are looking for a high energy, motivated administrative coordinator to support our recruiting team. This is a fast-paced, exciting position, being right in the middle of the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar position with strong computer and communication skills. This position allows for advancement into a recruiting role if desired.About Us:Recruit4Business is a leader in providing Recruiting and HR services to small businesses. Setup new recruiting accountsProcess cancellations and renewalsUpdate and maintain internal reports and databases Ensure that every client is responded to swiftly and kept up to date on the status of their job postings. Conduct salary surveysAssist with sourcingAssist with coverage including conducting prescreensRequired Qualifications:2+ years' experience working in a busy office settingExperience working with an applicant tracking systemEffective communication skills both verbally and in writingEfficiently manage workload i.e. be self-drivenStrong computer skills in Word, Excel, OutlookProcess management or project management experience, preferredFamiliarity with social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn
