Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee labor management, productivity, quality control, and safety measures within the Operations Department.
  • Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements to operational procedures, information flow, and business processes.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop team members, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work while conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues.
