Job description

The Client Service Support Coordinator is responsible for executing both physical and administrative tasks to manage the receipt and disposition of telecom equipment from a variety of projects assigned to PICS by our customers.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will be comfortable utilizing various software applications, have strong attention to detail, be a dependable team player, be able to multi-task, and be self-sufficient. 

The CSS Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate handling of incoming equipment from PICS Investment Recovery partners.  This may include but is not limited to: Monitoring internal and external systems to determine incoming work, inventorying individual items included in each delivery, ensuring that it is accurately captured in the inventory application tool, handling equipment with appropriate care, maintaining accuracy of data inputs, preparing equipment for the next phase of the project. 

The ability to communicate across departments and with customer contacts is critical to ensure a smooth workflow and timely updates. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Access internal and external software applications to prepare for incoming work.
Update and maintain internal and external databases with relevant client and project details for tracking and coordination.
Review and inspect inventory to assure accuracy and integrity of parts input into inventory system
Separate equipment as determined by disposition lists.
Relocate equipment in the warehouse as needed.
Participate in automation of processes to make them more efficient and reliable.
Interact with operations, sales, and customers as required to ensure adherence to process guidelines.
