*Must have 2nd shift and weekend availability. 25% shift differential included for this position*.
As part of the M2 Operations team, this position will work in partnership with our Account Management Team and Carrier Sales Team. The After Hours Support Coordinator will play an integral role in building relationships with both internal teammates as well as external customers and carrier. The primary responsibilities of this role include responding to carrier and customer tracking inquires via email and phone, updating TMS system, assigning carriers in the system, and communicating to the Account Managers and Carrier Sales teammates you are supporting. You must maintain a strong knowledge of processes and services offered by M2 and have superior customer service skills.
  • Effectively use phone, email, and other forms of communication to provide exceptional customer service and to represent M2 Logistics in the most professional manner possible
  • Track and trace shipments from pickup to delivery and update TMS system accordingly
  • Assist Carrier Sales in covering available loads by using market rates tools and M2 target rate information
  • Assist Carrier Sales in qualifying and onboarding new carriers to M2's network of partners
  • Request and upload missing paperwork from carriers for billing processes
  • Provide efficient and courteous customer service to carriers
  • Communicate effectively with carriers to assist with issue resolution
  • Support miscellaneous operations requests as they occur

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post high school education is preferred
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Power Point, and Word.
