Job description

Operations Specialist - Right Hand to Company Leadership

Company: Community Concierge Services, LLC (CCS) Location: Metro Atlanta, GA (must reside within 25 miles of downtown Atlanta) Job Type: Full-time | W-2 Salaried Travel: Up to 20 days per month Compensation: $70,000 base + up to $10,000/year performance bonus (paid quarterly)

About CCS

Community Concierge Services is a fast-growing operations company serving residential communities across 15+ states with doorstep trash, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and dryer vent cleaning. We run lean, move fast, and hold ourselves to an extremely high standard of service. We never miss a night. This is non-private equity backed - founder led company growing 50-100% YoY.

The Role

This is not a desk job, and it is not for everyone. As an Operations Specialist, you will be the right-hand person to our leadership team, helping run operations across the entire company. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our C-Suite, parachute into markets when they need attention, build and improve the systems that keep us running, and help integrate new communities and acquisitions as we grow.

There is no "normal day" here. One day you're reviewing payroll and building a new process; the next you're on a 6 AM flight to stabilize a market or pulling a route at 3 AM to make sure a community is covered. You must be fluid, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity.

This will be a difficult role. It will also be one of the most rewarding of your career - with a clear path to Senior Operations Specialist after 12 months and leadership positions from there.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a right-hand resource to company leadership, helping run day-to-day operations across every state we serve
  • Travel extensively to support, audit, and elevate operations in the field
  • Build, integrate, and improve operational systems and processes across departments
  • Hire, train, develop, and - when necessary - terminate employees and managers
  • Onboard and integrate new communities and acquisitions, including running client orientations
  • Step in to perform regional, area, or district manager duties when they're unavailable
  • Ensure we NEVER miss a night of service
  • Support scheduling, call-out coverage, and weekend route coverage
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to client and management-company feedback
  • Keep daily Asana tasks cleared and all communication flowing in the right channels
  • Lead company initiatives, operations calls, and rollouts of new procedures
What We're Looking For
  • A self-starter with extreme ownership who thrives without a fixed playbook
  • Strong operational instincts and impeccable calendar/time management
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20 days per month on short notice, by air or vehicle, for extended stays
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and C-Suite
  • Able to lead, hire, and hold teams accountable
  • Physically capable of completing field routes when needed
  • Must reside within 25 miles of downtown Metro Atlanta (or be willing to relocate before start)
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and clear background check throughout employment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $70,000/year, paid bi-weekly
  • Performance bonus: Up to $10,000/year, paid quarterly, based on task completion, travel completion, company-wide client satisfaction, and service reliability (bonus is not guaranteed and requires good standing)
  • Health, dental, and vision - CCS covers 70% of premiums for you and your family
  • 401(k) with up to 4% match after 12 months
  • Health and Wellness corporate gym membership program
  • PTO & sick leave accruing from day one
  • Company vehicle (where applicable) and equipment provided
  • Clear advancement to Senior Operations Specialist after 12 months
Our Core Values

All In · Mutual Respect · Lead From the Front · Extreme Ownership · Building Relationships
