What you get to do:

  • Oversee the daily operation of Park Operations
  • Respond to inquiries related to the department and the park, via phone, email, or in person, while providing excellent support for internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain department files according to department and company guidelines
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining ambassador records, including departmental employee files and timekeeping records.
  • Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures
  • Create work orders and ensure completion with General Services, including equipment repairs within the park.
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the office, conduct quality inspections in the park, and follow up on any opportunities to improve
  • Create and maintain grids for designated areas.
  • Report to Supervisors and Managers regarding the status of projects
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed.

What it takes to succeed:

  • 1 year experience working in an office environment providing administrative support preferred
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Must possess general computer system knowledge to be able to quickly become proficient in area specific software, i.e., SAP.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment to include copiers, scanners, etc.
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to comply with all organizational grooming guidelines and employment standards.


Hours: up to 29.75 hours per week; Monday-Sunday with weekends & holidays as needed
Availability: Must have 4 days of open availability, including weekends and holidays.


Compensation: 18.00 USD Hourly
