Job description

Job Summary:
Rippling is a company that provides a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance, streamlining workforce management. The Marketing AI Operations Manager will be responsible for integrating AI into marketing and sales workflows, automating processes, and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Embed AI across the GTM funnel. Find where intelligence belongs across Marketing and Sales workflows, then build it. Deploy AI agents or partner with engineering to ship proprietary systems that drive automation, personalization, and conversion.
• Automate manual work from end to end. Rebuild GTM processes like enrichment, lead routing, account research, outbound generation, and pipeline hygiene using AI, low-code tooling, and integrations, so reps spend their time selling.
• Put AI on watch. Build AI-powered system monitoring that catches data quality issues, broken automations, and routing failures before they cost pipeline, surfacing anomalies and recommended fixes automatically.
• Extend Rippling's homegrown stack. Partner with engineering and RevOps to add AI-powered capabilities to Playbook and DemoTime, two go-to-market systems Rippling built in-house that no off-the-shelf vendor offers.
• Build the SDR execution layer. Design AI-powered frameworks inside our internal systems so every marketing-to-Sales handoff is consistent, actionable, and measurable.
• Own the data layer. Build and maintain complex SQL queries to monitor marketing operations performance and cross-system data flows (Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, marketing automation, enrichment) and feed the data that trains and improves your AI systems. Turn what you find into dashboards and plain-language insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• SQL expert. You can independently query and model data to answer your own questions.
• Hands-on AI builder. You've built, prompted, automated, evaluated, or deployed AI tools and agents to solve real problems.
• Relentlessly scrappy and self-sufficient. You don't wait for permission, a roadmap, or a vendor. You've shipped things outside your job description because they needed to exist.
• Bias for speed. You ship, then improve.
• Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or as a Salesforce admin. We care more about how you think and build than which seat you've sat in.
• Salesforce depth (flows, automations, reporting).
• Hands-on with Outreach (or Salesloft) and a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable).
Preferred:
• Experience with internal or homegrown tooling.
• LeanData and Nooks a plus.
Company:
Rippling is a workforce management platform that unifies HR, IT, and finance operations into a single system. Founded in 2016, the company is headquartered in San Francisco, USA, with a team of 1001-5000 employees. The company is currently Late Stage.
