A PIRTEK Operations Manager oversees and supports a team of Hose Installation Technicians when and where they are needed, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK. A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Operations Manager ensures customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service at the hose counter
  • Oversee materials and inventory management
  • Lead, motivate and support Mobile Sales and Service Technicians

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Good communication skills
