Are you an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager, Diesel Shop Supervisor, or Operations Manager ready to lead a high-performing team and willing to relocate? Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a driven and experienced Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to run daily operations at one of our service locations. If you’re passionate about reducing downtime, improving shop efficiency, and leading skilled technicians in the diesel truck, trailer, and refrigeration repair industry, this is your opportunity.

 Job Requirements

  • Management or supervisory role experience in fleet, diesel, or trailer repair
  • Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units
  • Experience with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Obtain a toolbox and required tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
