Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is not a โ€œfix a messโ€ role.

You're stepping into a high-performing, stable branch doing $7M in revenue with 95% client retentionโ€”and a clear goal to grow to $10M. Leadership is experienced, systems are in place, and they're investing in adding a true operations leader to scale the business the right way.

If you've been stuck in a role where you're doing everything without support, this is a chance to focus on leading production and building a team the right way.

The Role

You'll report directly to the Branch Manager and take ownership of day-to-day field operations for commercial landscape maintenance and enhancements.

You'll lead 8 crews (3โ€“4 members each) and be responsible for making sure work is done efficiently, safely, and at a high level of quality.

This is a hands-on leadership roleโ€”you're in the field, coaching your team, solving problems, and driving results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop field crews
  • Manage daily scheduling and routing using Aspire
  • Ensure quality across all job sites
  • Conduct site visits and resolve issues proactively
  • Train team members and build crew leaders
  • Oversee equipment usage and care
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Maintain strong communication between the field and leadership

What Success Looks Like

  • Crews are efficient, productive, and accountable
  • Properties consistently meet or exceed client expectations
  • You develop strong crew leaders and reduce turnover
  • Operations scale smoothly as the branch grows

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing landscape maintenance crews
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute
  • Comfortable using systems (Aspire experience is a big plus)
  • Someone who takes ownership and leads from the front

    The Company

Our client is a reputable landscaping company with solid leadership and long-term client relationships. Their Savannah branch services a diverse portfolio including distribution centers, HOAs, multifamily, retail, and institutional properties.

    Next Step

If you're ready for a role where you can lead a team, make an impact, and grow with a company that's already doing things right, we'd like to talk.
