Job Purpose:
The Landscape Division Manager oversees daily operations, financial performance (P&L), and staff development for OCM, focusing on safety, client satisfaction, and growth. Key responsibilities include leading crews, managing budgets, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance. They are essential for driving profitability, operational efficiency, and team retention.
Job Duties:
- Financial & Operational Management:Â Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Leadership & Team Development:Â Hiring, training, and motivating staff, including managers and field crews, to build a high-performing, safe work environment.
- Customer Relationship Management:Â Fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and securing contract renewals.
- Safety & Compliance:Â Enforcing company safety protocols (e.g., OSHA) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operational Excellence:Â Bidding projects and executing field operations for commercial landscape construction.

Skills / Qualifications:
·       Minimum 5 Years of experience in Commercial Landscape Construction.
·       Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude
·       Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
·       Customer Service Oriented for both internal and external customers.
·       Entrepreneurial Spirit
·       Experience with budget management, P&L, and strategic planning
·       Ability to use typical construction and management software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
