Our client is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager who excels at client relationship management and project estimating within the commercial landscaping or service‑based industry.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting with clients, conducting site walks, identifying service needs, and preparing enhancement estimates while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contract renewal.
What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Build strong relationships with Property Managers, Boards, and Maintenance Teams
  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify service needs
  • Prepare enhancement estimates and support project scoping
  • Lead renewal conversations and maintain high client retention
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of Account Management or client‑facing experience
