Rock Pros USA is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator (Front End Loader) for our Mineral Mountain Quarry near Gold Canyon, Arizona.


Join a growing mining operation producing premium decorative landscape rock throughout the Southwest. This full-time position is responsible for safely operating a CAT front-end loader to feed crushing and screening equipment while supporting daily quarry operations. Ideal candidates have experience in mining, quarry, aggregate, construction, or heavy equipment operation and are committed to working safely, reliably, and as part of a team.


This is a hands-on position. Successful operators understand that production is a team effort. When equipment operation is not required, you'll assist with housekeeping, maintenance, clean-up, and other tasks that keep the quarry operating safely and efficiently.


What You'll Do

  • Safely operate a CAT front-end loader to feed crushing and screening equipment. 
  • Perform daily pre- and post-shift equipment inspections. 
  • Load and move decorative landscape rock throughout the quarry. 
  • Maintain consistent material flow to achieve production goals. 
  • Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns. 
  • Assist with crusher clean-up, conveyor maintenance, screen changes, and housekeeping. 
  • Maintain haul roads, stockpiles, and safe work areas. 
  • Perform general labor when equipment operation is not required. 
  • Follow all MSHA regulations and Rock Pros USA safety procedures. 
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, mechanics, and crew members. 
  • Support daily production while maintaining the highest safety standards.
