We are looking for ambitious, career-minded people to join our team as a sales trainee in our internship program. The training provided by this program allows the candidate to grow within the company and eventually manage their own sales territory, or perhaps even move into a management position. Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM

EXPERIENCE YOU WILL GAIN:

The Intern will learn every aspect of our business, from operations to sales. The successful candidate will take part in a compensated internship program, and will spend time developing skills in each of the following areas:

  • Operations
  • Administration and process flow
  • Account management
  • Administrative/ Management Services (IT, Accounting, etc.)

The Intern will gain a thorough understanding of the products and value-added services CTI provides to customers, making CTI a vital link in their supply chain. The Intern will gain competencies in the key areas of our business: operations, order processing, quality, customer service, and sales, with an emphasis on selling skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate must be enrolled in their Sophmore+ year in college, earning a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to their internship. Must have solid computer skills, with experience in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This individual must also be able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
