Project Manager - SAP ECC Implementation

1-Year Contract

What you'll do
Project Leadership:Lead the end-to-end SAP ECC implementation for Townley, managing detailed project plans, schedules, risks, and budgets. Coordinate resources across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, and Sales to ensure timely delivery with minimal disruption. Success means delivering on scope, schedule, and budget while integrating Townley into Weir's SAP environment. Travel periodically to Townley and other North American sites as needed.
Business Integration & Process Alignment:Facilitate workshops to align Townley's business processes with Weir's SAP Global Template. Drive business readiness activities including process design, testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support. Ensure business requirements are met and escalate process gaps for resolution.
Data Migration & Testing:Oversee master data preparation, migration planning, validation, and sign-off. Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover readiness to minimize operational disruption during go-live.
Stakeholder Management:Act as primary liaison for project stakeholders, facilitating governance meetings and communicating progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Build strong relationships across operational, finance, and IT teams.
Change Management & Training:Partner with change management teams to drive user adoption and organizational readiness. Coordinate training plans and communication strategies to prepare employees for new SAP processes. Ensure readiness for go-live and post-implementation support.
Vendor & Resource Coordination:Manage relationships with SAP partners, system integrators, and consultants. Coordinate activities between local teams, regional SAP experts, and external resources to meet quality and governance standards.

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementations in manufacturing environments.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related experience may be considered.

Nice-to-haves:
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, or finance processes.
Familiarity with integrated enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, Workday, and MDM platforms.
